Key Fobs are distributed every Wednesday on a weekly basis from 9:00AM to 2:00PM at our main office located at 3199 Cumberland Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33409.
Key Fob Procedure
All applicants will need to bring:
Homeowners need to bring their Warranty Deed and renters need to bring their up-to-date lease.

Application signed by community manager and must be printed on the association letterhead.

-One Key Fob per unit can be registered and only registered to residents within the Villages POA and only two guests are permitted per key.
-If your Key Fob is not working for park entry, please contact Envera Systems for assistance at (877)936-8372. Envera Systems will assist residents with troubleshooting and access support.
-If a Key Fob is lost, a $25 fee will apply to obtain a new one.
